2 slices bread
Lemon juice (a squeeze)
Salt and pepper
Microgreens
(Optional: chili flakes or toasted seeds)
Toast bread until crisp.
Mash avocado with lemon, salt,microgreens and pepper.
Spread it over toast.
Top with any extras.
