Bread Omelette with Microgreens

Serves: 1
Cooking Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg

  • 1 tbsp onion (chopped)

  • Ketchup

  • Pinch of salt, pepper

  • 1 slice bread

  • 1 tsp oil

  • Microgreens (just a pinch)

How to Cook:

  1. Beat egg with onion, salt & pepper.

  2. Heat oil, pour the mix into a pan.

  3. Sprinkle with microgreens.

  4. Place bread on top and press gently.

  5. Flip and cook the bread side.
