Cooking Time: 10 minutes
1 egg
1 tbsp onion (chopped)
Ketchup
Pinch of salt, pepper
1 slice bread
1 tsp oil
Microgreens (just a pinch)
Beat egg with onion, salt & pepper.
Heat oil, pour the mix into a pan.
Sprinkle with microgreens.
Place bread on top and press gently.
Flip and cook the bread side.
